Troubleshooting

My phone won't scan the code

Check the contrast warning — a light foreground on a light background, or very close colors, is the most common cause. Also make sure the code isn't cropped, displayed too small, or that a logo isn't covering more than the center.

The QR code looks very dense/busy

That's the version (grid size) scaling up to fit your content — longer text, a logo forcing level H, or more content all produce a denser pattern. Shortening the content reduces density.

The Wi-Fi code isn't connecting

Double-check the network name and password are typed exactly as they appear on the router, including capitalization — and confirm the encryption type (WPA/WEP/Open) matches your network.

The Google Review code doesn't open the review box

Double-check the Place ID — it needs to be your business's exact Place ID, not the plain business name or a Maps URL.

My logo looks blurry or has a visible edge

Upload a higher-resolution source image, and export at a larger PNG size (or use SVG/PDF) — the logo is composited at your chosen export resolution, so a low-res source will look soft at large sizes.

Special characters in my Wi-Fi password or vCard look wrong
