No — this calculates principal and interest only, which is the core loan payment. Property taxes, insurance, and lender fees (common on mortgages) are separate and not included.

Troubleshooting
My monthly payment looks higher than expected
Double-check the interest rate is entered as an annual percentage (e.g. 6.5, not 0.065) and the term is in years, not months.
The amortization schedule's last row doesn't balance to exactly zero
The calculator deliberately closes the final payment out to exactly zero remaining balance — if you see a nonzero final balance, it likely means the term or rate changed after the schedule was generated. Re-enter the values to refresh it.
Extra payment doesn't seem to change much
Extra payments have a bigger relative effect early in a loan, when more of each payment is interest. On a loan already mostly paid down, the same extra amount saves less time and interest.
Can I model a one-time lump-sum payment instead of a recurring extra payment?
